GE Oil & Gas employs more than 12,000 people worldwide and operates in over 70 countries. GE Oil & Gas is looking for a Contract Performance Manager (Krasnodar). Responsibilities: CPM is the on site point of contact with Customer for all matter related to the Contract in place with Blue Stream Pipeline Company and Kuban Gazprom for the maintenance of Compression Station at Beregovaya. He/she shall manage and coordinate the relationship with Customer and all GE relevant activities.In front of GE management, he/she shall be responsible of the Contract execution including Financial performance. CPM duties, vs Customer: Coordinate and support Site team and all the organization and internal depts. In delivery contractual obligations Develop and provide admin, EHS, quality, maintenance and engineering policies, procedures and filing systems Respond to Customer technical inquiries coordinating technical resources Investigate problem areas and drive efforts for reliability improvement Assist customer operation and maintenance staff in monitoring performance of covered units and recommend actions to improve availability and reliability Respond to problems identification and expedite resolution during maintenance activities by highlighting potential areas of concern and drive GE organization to address issues Identify CTQs requiring improvement and structure projects and actions to address the needs Organize and conduct yearly contract review meetings, outlining activities and units performance, including RCA for forced outages Forward Technical Information Letters to Customer and plan the implementation of recommended actions Provide information about the latest advancements in upgrades opportunities to Customer, and assist in their implementation Keep Customer updated about design changes of parts to be installed Provide technical guidance in the execution of the Contract for maintenance services and EHS of the covered units Coordinate Field Service, Repair Service and part delivery activities to meet Contract obligation Conduct maintenance planning activities, reviewing them with Customer with the aim to optimize the Units reliability and availability Take the lead in diagnosis and resolution of maintenance and operational problems with the support of Customer’s staff Coordinate delivery and storage of parts under the Contract Develop and Maintain maintenance and inspection quality Manuals. CPM duties, vs Management Interact with GE tools, processes and organization in order to fulfill all Contract obligations and to maintain continuously updated the financial record, the planning and ERP tools Identify areas of improvement to protect and enhance profitability of the deal, duly tracking the relevant changes Requirements: University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent Project Management expertise, better if associate with Technical skills and Maintenance knowledge Can do and problem solving attitude. Good communication skills Desired: Heavy Duty Gas Turbine and Centrifugal Compressor knowledge |
