Location: Krasnodar In your job in Procter & Gamble you will be: working in a multicultural team; offered unmatched professional training program in various locations, competitive compensation and attractive benefits. This is a role in the P&G Professional Hair Care division which has become part of P&G through the acquisition of Wella. P&G Professional Care is a global player in the market of salon hair care. The Professional Care business has a unique business model within P&G and offers a lot of opportunity for working with external focus. Russia is an important growth market for the global Professional Care business and the business team has a direct reporting line into the global headquarter. This environment offers a lot of opportunity for entrepreneurial thinking and change leadership. To develop the assigned territory by increasing the Company professional brands sales, distribution, layout and POSM location in professional outlets (hairdressing salons, etc.) in line with the Company standards. Responsibilities: To achieve the Company targets on professional brands' sales and distribution in the assigned territory. To promote Wella Studio and Wella Friseur Service among the hairdressers on assigned territory. To ensure the hairdressers constantly improve their knowledge of Wella products. To search constantly for new salons on assigned territory. To participate actively in promotions To provide timely necessary reports informing on sales, distribution, layout and merchandising. To plan and implement effective visiting schedule at the assigned territory. To develop close working relations with the salons and present the Company in a professional manner. Total Compensation abt 45000 Rub (consists of fix salary + variabe pay) Qualifications 1. Russian/Belarus Citizenship 2. Good command of English 3. Higher education |
