Wholesale Territory Sales Manager (Krasnodar / Rostov-on-Don) Responsibilities: · Sales planningfor wholesale Customer Representatives to ensure deliver of territory monthly/annual volume targets by channels and brands. · Sales activities to deliver planned results; keeps Customer Representatives rout in accordance with company rout KPIs to ensure achievement of best rout productivity, price and discount on the territory. · Manages introduction and implementation of Frito Lay Manufacturing standards and working methods to Customer Representatives on given territory according to Frito Lay Manufacturing policies and procedures. · Builds highly-qualified team of Wholesale Customer Representatives, their development and training, creating a positive working climate and effective organization of the working process according to legal and local regulations and corporate policies and practices of Frito Lay Manufacturing. · Manages the local sales budget of the territory the most effective and profitable way; ensures the effective and correct forecast is made by logistic department to achieve functional objectives within the framework of company procedures. · Establishes, maintains at the required level of interaction and cooperation processes with other departments of PBG - Sales, Finance to ensure delivering of established targets. · Ensures preparation, consolidation and submission of reports for the managed functions in order to provide information required for making appropriate strategic and operational decisions. · Runs negotiations and signs the contracts with large wholesalers according to Company policy in order to achieve individual customers sales plan; prepares detailed annual account plan for Top wholesaler which should identify key volume growth drivers and should be aligned with wholesaler to help them reach the targets. · Develop and implement incentives and sales programs in frame of approved budget on related territory. Requirements: · Higher Education · Sales experience in FMCG company not less 2 years (TSM, KAM, DDM, Wholesale CR) · Managerial experience (not less 4 subordinates) · Sales skills/knowledge – negotiation skills, IT tools and PC user, · Driving license B · Mobility · Territory knowledge · English – intermediate level.
