Purpose of the positions: to lead purchasing activities for 5 sites and 1 trading office in order to reduce Total Cost of Ownership of the purchased goods, works and services in accordance with global procurement policies and rules Principal duties: Develop and execute Purchasing strategy and policy in compliance with Global Procurement policies, Company's goals and plans in order to enhance cost effectiveness for the Company (40%) Negotiate contracts and litigations and ensure best cost effectiveness in the specific areas (energy, transportstion). Analyze the markets to identify new trends and opportunities (e.g. product evolution, alternative suppliers and products, order processing methods) (20%) Develop and maintain professional workforce of Purchasing dept in order to match internal customer needs and expectations; Measure and evaluate customer satisfaction in order to improve work performance and service (15%) Develop and leverage supplier partnership by working with global and local preferred suppliers, measure and evaluate their performance, reduce suppliers base in order to enhance operational effectiveness. (15%) Develop and maintain internal procedures and rules in order to optimize inventory management and minimize stock levels and operating costs (15%) Position requirements: University degree (Bachelor as min) in economics / commerce Good knowledge in procurement process (including purchasing, logistics, customs and logistics); good knowledge in contractual and civil law, good understanding of financial statements and budgeting process Bilingual: fluent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English; good managerial, communication, negotiation, planning and analytical skills; working experience in similar position (sales or purchasing) +3 years leadership, collaborative, accountable, decisive, ability of working under pressure Company offers: attractive compensation, medical insurance, additional social programs, development and career growth |
