Väderstad-Verken AB is a family company with around 600 employees that develop, manufacture and sell agricultural machinery for soil cultivation and seeding. Väderstad-verken AB is an international company with sales in more then 35 countries via own subsidiaries or importers. The main production is carried out in Väderstad, just outside the city of Linköping in south Sweden. Managing Director for Vaderstad Krasnodar Väderstad-Verken AB has a long history of sales into Russia and since 2007 Väderstad-Verken AB have a sales subsidiary in Krasnodar. The Russian markets have expanded strongly in recent years and are very important for Väderstad. The Krasnodar office is responsible for Väderstads activities in Krasnodar, Stavropol and southern part of Rostov regions. In these regions we have our own sales resources and sell our machines directly to the end-users. In the office in Krasnodar we have the central functions like administration, logistic, service and spare parts etc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team and develop the position for Väderstad in the regions. We need to increase the visibility in terms of marketing, it is also needed to strengthen the sales force in order to be successful. The Managing Director also has to take an active role in the sales process and preferably have his own sales area. The work will to a great extend be self-managed and will place great demands on your own drive and ability to create and maintain good relationships at all levels. The job will involve travel both within the regions as well as to Sweden and other European countries. The Managing Director reports to the marketing director based in Väderstad, Sweden. Requirements: Good knowledge about modern agriculture and a good understanding of technical matters and a practical/technical approach. Successful experience from leading and manage people. An interest in taking part in international business and experience of business development and sales. Good knowledge of English and Russian languages is essential. The position is based in Krasnodar where the office is situated.
